Jerry McCaw, owner of COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES, has 42 years of successful full-service real estate experience in San Diego.  Jerry has developed and built commercial projects, apartments, condominiums, and residential golf communities.  He owned and operated a large property management company, Compass Management, managing apartments, office space, industrial/medical and restaurants.  Since 1968, Jerry has built, acquired, managed, and marketed properties for his personal investment portfolio and as a partner of, or agent for others.
